It all starts with a personal consultation. An Agile Global Health employee will conduct a personalized interview in order to understand your needs and preferences for medical care and travel. We’ll help you collect relevant medical records and diagnostic results that will allow your medical provider abroad to better assess and treat your ailment. If there is no local Agile Global Health office available, then contact one of our trained Care Consultants ready to help by phone, chat, or email.

You make the decision that is best for your situation, and we work to facilitate the next steps based upon your selection.

4. Booking and Coordinating Travel Preparation

Once you’ve decided on a destination, we’ll help review all your travel options and assist you in making an informed choice that works best for your situation. Agile Global Health offers medical travel packages that include your travel, accommodations, primary medical costs, and other expenses at a significant savings to you, or we will happily assist you with making your own arrangements.

The next step in the process is contacting your selected healthcare provider and securing a letter of invitation for travel. We’ll help with all logistics, including helping you apply for a visa, scheduling the procedure, and arranging for accommodations. We even facilitate prepayment to the selected hospital and/or provider. Then, you’re ready to go. One of our on-site coordinators in your home country will ensure efficient and expedient departure for you and your companion.


Onsite Support

5. On-site Support During Travel

Upon arrival, an Agile Global Health employee will be waiting to help you and your companion navigate your host country and assist with transfers to your selected healthcare provider. Now your medical treatment can begin. Based on your requirements, all levels of concierge services are available.

During your treatment and follow-up care while abroad, we’ll assist to make sure your friends and family back home remain updated about your progress and condition. We’ll follow up with you as you recover and continue to provide support as needed during your stay. Once you are well enough to return home, we’ll help to reconcile any final hospital costs and arrange your travel.


Follow Up Support

6. Follow Up Assistance after Travel

As soon as you get home, we’ll be there to meet you, but our support doesn’t end there. We understand the value of continuity of care, and we’ll make sure we review your case with your local physician for follow-up treatment. Patient, referring physicians, and treating physicians will be engaged in a final satisfaction review to make sure your experience with Agile Global Health met all your medical needs.
